This CV-15 tube pre-amp is part of the Shengya's baby combo (CV-15 tube pre-amp and PSM-150 tube monoblocks), compared to the much higher power CS-3/PSM-300 (300wpc) and CS-6/PSM-600 (600wpc).

Using (2) Shuguang 12AX7 and (1) Shuguang 12AU7, this Shengya CV-15 produces warm tube sound with superior musical tonality, airness, balance and dynamics. For tube rolling lovers, there are many tube rolling options for both 12AX7 and 12AU7, among new production tube and NOS. Grant Fidelity offers TJ Full Music gold pin box plate 12AX7 tube as an upgrade for a small budget. This preamp features an active circuit design with no gain in output.
