  Grant Fidelity Suppliers in China

  Chinese high end audio manufacturers come in all sizes - from home based to multi-level buildings, just use your imagination. Metal fabrication work is either done in house by large manufacturers or oursourced to specialized metal fabrication businesses in order to take advantage of the expensive CNC machines. Design work used to be done by seasoned audiophiles but now we have seen a trend of younger generation catching up and even taking over. Average audio designers who work in the Chinese hi-fi industry are in the age group of 28 - 40. You don't see much grey hair there :-) The industry is made up of a fun, young, creative and growing group of people who speak an acient language but share the same passion to music as audiophiles / music lovers do in North America.

  Over years, I have received many questions about how the working condition is like in the Chinese manufacturing industry. I hope these pictures have answered your questions. China, as a country, has largely cought up the rest of the world in the past three decades. Some aspects still have room to improve but in genereal workers are treated with plenty of respect. Are you aware that workers on the production line of Chinese hi-fi industry are mostly provided with free room and board by the employers? Workers' salary might sound low comparing to North American standard, but the purchasing power of their salary is no less at all :-)

  2008 Guangzhou AV Fair and tour pictures

  We have taken as many pictures as we can - but the show is simply too crowded in North American standard for us to take a decent shot. Or, it could be that I (Rachel) am just simply too short to take pictures over other people's heads :-(

  Unlike some online sellers who don't promote business but the products, Grant Fidelity passionately promote the concept of "Made-in-China" and "Designed-by-China" and proudly promote the manufacturers as well. We participate multiple tradeshows in North America to let customers and industry professionals to touch, feel and listen to Grant Fidelity products in person.

• Grant Fidelity By-Appointment-Only Showroom

  Always changing, basically daily as we constantly match and audition our product line-up. Some Grant Fidelity products have not been launched yet, you are welcome to make an appointment and drop by to what we are listening to. By the way, we are located in Caglary, Alberta, Canada - the new west of Canada :-) If you come from out-of-town, July is a good month to visit Calgary to see the world famous 10-day city party of Calgary Stampede. Plenty of drinks in any city bar, plenty of cowboys and cowgals, plenty of all types of live music......If you do come to visit us, don't forget to bring your favorite tunes! We will have Alberta beef to serve you then :-)
