Given the current economic situation in North America, Grant Fidelity is very cautious in recruiting new dealers and demonstrators to ensure the best possible experience to our valued customers. If you are an audio retailer, home theatre intergrator or home-based demonstrator, please contact us to see if we can establish a mutually benefitial relationship.

We can accept Paypal and credit card payment from Canadian and international buyers. Please call us at Toll free 1-(888)477-5379 to make credit card payment. We do not store credit card information online for security reasons. "Grant Fidelity" will be shown as merchant on your credit card statement with transaction currency in either US$ or C$, depending on your credit card company's policy.

At this time, personal checks or company checks are not acceptable as a payment method unless you are credit approved with Grant Fidelity. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you.

Product Returns:

The following policies are standard terms, similar to those at many other online businesess and brick-and-mortar retail stores. We try our best to make your purchase experience with Grant Fidelity easy, fast and beneficial to both parties.

1) All Hot Deals purchase will be final unless otherwise confirmed by Grant Fidelity. No refund, only exchange for same value products or store credit within 21 days of receiving the product.

2) Customer is responsible for return shipping freight with adequate insurance coverage. Product must be packed with original packaging materials in "as new" condition. All manuals and accesssories are to be returned together with the product.

3) International return needs to be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" and get an authorization number from Grant Fidelity before shipping. Failing to follow such a policy may result in Canadian re-import duties and taxes, which will be in turn deducted from the original purchase price.

4) 3% Paypal or credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.

5) Standard purchase at MSRP can be returned within 21 days of  receiving the product but must be returned in above-mentioned 'as new' condition. See "in-home audition" on left menu for more detailed information.
