• For tube warranty, contact Grant Fidelity directly.
• For 'out of warranty' service, you want to talk to Dave at Planet_10, he is by nature a tweeker and while your product is being repaired he will have various suggestions for squeezing the last ounce of performance out of your Grant Fidelity product or can modify it to suit your system or needs.
• You need to pay for insured shipping to our service centres. If there is a warrantable problem, Grant Fidelity will pay for return shipping. Please keep your product packaging.
